“The Best of all Possible Worlds” is one of this read that made me want to re-discover the sci-fi genre.
If you are not into sci-fi and fancy going outside of your comfort zone this will be a nice start. Hope you enjoy my review
Wow!
I had not heard of @Karen_Lord before, and if it was not for @goodreads I probably would have missed out on a fantastic read.
Sci-fi is not my favourite genre so I was pleasantly surprised with this piece.
The story follows a human but alien race trying to rebuilt their life after their planet was struck by a disaster.
Their search for a place to settle will teach them to open their mind to possibilities that they would not have otherwise considered should they have carried on living on their home planet.
I particularly loved how Delarua and Dllenahkh relationship started as the most unlikely characters to have anything in common.
In any case, I guess the message in this piece is that it is all our differences that make us most alike.
I would recommend this read to everyone, as there is a lot in it to please a varied crowd.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
PS: I think this would make a great movie or TV series.

I don’t read a lot of Sci-fi so I’m going to go out of my comfort zone and read this! I’m in the middle of Stephen Kings – On Writing now and I’m wondering with all this reading where I will find time to write? ~Elle

Look at it as a journey, there is a reason why something is piquing your curiosity at this point in time. Better listen to the signs.
